Antique Edwardian heart necklace in platinum and 18 carat white gold with pearls and diamonds.

This intricate necklace features a fabulous collection of pearls and diamonds within a heart and laurel design. The pendant hangs from a floral design which attaches to a platinum figaro link chain. All the setting work is in platinum and finished beautifully with a milgrain edge. The back of the piece is in 18 carat white gold.
