Antique Edwardian French Sapphire Diamond Platinum Floral Cluster Ring

A timeless sapphire and diamond cluster ring; featuring a central 3ct natural sapphire with no heat treatment surrounded by twelve old mine cut diamonds within a scalloped border of carrè cut natural sapphires. Hand crafted in solid platinum. Circa 1905.

Principal Sapphire: 3.00 carats, no indications of heat treatment, intense blue colour, measures 9.8 x 7.6 mm, with Basaltic origin – IGN verbal report n.30962
Diamonds: 1.30 carat total, G/H colour, VVS/VS clarity
Remaining Sapphires: 0.90 carat total
