Set with a 1.52 carats old cushion cut diamond, in a six split claws setting, with five round brilliant-cut diamonds in each shoulder, in a grain settings, terminating with two engraved lines, mounted in 18ct white gold.

The mount is new, the antique diamond dates back from 1880.
