An antique Art Deco sapphire and diamond dome ring, with a sapphire set circular domed cluster, with a cabochon-cut sapphire in the centre, surrounded by alternating fancy cut sapphires and sets of three rose-cut diamonds, mounted in silver-upon-gold, with millegrain edges, made during the 1920s, with a new, 18ct gold ring shank.
