A 19th century aquamarine and diamond cluster pendant-come-brooch in silver and 9ct gold. The 7.17ct cushion-cut aquamarine is surrounded by 2.56 carats of old European-cut diamonds in a pretty floral and leaf design. Comes with a safety chain.
