Edwardian Antique 6ct Aquamarine and Diamond Heart Cluster Ring

A striking vintage aquamarine and diamond cluster ring. Featuring a heart-shaped aquamarine surrounded by rose-cut diamonds. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold on a later band.

Please note: the shank has been added later in 1950's.
