Victorian Antique 3.50ct Old Cut Diamond Crescent Brooch

A late 19th century crescent moon brooch, set with a row of graduating old-cut diamonds which taper to rose-cut diamonds, with a rose-cut diamond outer border. Set in silver-upon-gold, with a plain inner curve and cut down set outer curve, with pierced gold gallery work below. Secured with a later pin and roller catch fitting. Circa 1890.
