A beautiful 18ct yellow gold trilogy stone ring set with a central cushion-cut natural non-heated Ceylon sapphire, with on each side an old cut diamond on each side. Signed and numbered: Bailey, Banks & Biddle, 33631. Made in the USA, Circa 1890.

Sapphire: 2.63 carats, measuring 7.6 x 6.7 x 5.6mm, Ceylon, natural with no indication of heat treatment.
Diamonds: approx. 1.60 carat total (0.80 carats each), F/G colour and VS clarity
Ring size: R 3/4 (UK) / 9 (US), can be resized
