Antique 19th Century Regency Hand Clasp on a Double Belcher Necklace

This late 19th Century Georgian Regency hand clasp choker necklace, c1840, has a delightful symbol of everlasting love, the hand holding out a token of appreciation.

The hand is decorated with cabochon turquoise stones & is linked together by an alligator clasp.

The chain is approx 46cm long and 5mm wide, with links of bead or hexagonal decoration.

Good antique condition, 2 links show signs of aged repairs.
