An exquisite embodiment of the Belle Epoque era, this authentic antique ring captures the airy delicacy and refined geometry of the early 20th century. Designed with an elongated, north-south finger coverage, the ring combines romantic floral garlands with architectural pierced openwork.
At the center is a lively old-cut diamond set in a milgrain-edged collet mount. The centrepiece is framed by sweeping diamond-set ribbon ribbons, stylized foliate leaves, and geometric arches that terminate in collet-set accent diamonds at both the north and south tips.
Faithful to Belle Epoque craftsmanship, the intricate gallery is fashioned in platinum to allow for fine, lace-like pierced work and milgrain detailing, set over a warm 18ct gold under-gallery and shank. The result is a flattering, elongated silhouette that rests comfortably along the finger while catching light with every movement.
The face of the ring measures approximately 23mm in height and the width of the band is 1.2mm
