Exquisite and Stunning Antique 4ct Sapphire And Diamond Ring. The long oval natural no heat Ceylon light blue sapphire which is cushion cut measures 1.2 x 0.8 cm on the head of the ring. The sapphire is set with claws are finely stylised flowers and scrolls which have small old cut diamonds grain set through out the shank and shoulders of this beautiful ring. Mounted in platinum.
