This elegant cluster engagement ring features an incredible large oval cut 4.0 carat no heat Ceylon Sapphire which is encircled by 12 round diamonds of approximately 0.07 carats each. This ring also has small diamonds embellishing the shank. This piece is mounted in 18ct white gold.
