17th Century Antique Multi Gemstone Gold Cross Pendant

A stunning Italian antique gold cross pendant dating from the 17th century. The 21ct yellow gold and enamel pendant cross is adorned with a stunning array of precious gems, including two cabochon emeralds, two amethysts, one citrine, two turquoises, seven pearls, and three cabochon ambers, creating a dazzling display of colour and sparkle. With a double-headed eagle bale with central pearl.

The back of the cross is also beautifully decorated with green enamel

Made in Europe, Circa 1670's.
