A vintage star sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The central oval cabochon cut, light blue star sapphire is surrounded by fourteen round brilliant cut diamonds. Claw set in white gold crown claw setting and mounted in 18ct yellow gold, with a scrolled split shank. Circa 1979.
