Vintage 3.93ct Siam Ruby and Diamond Ring

A wearable large natural, unheated, cushion cut ruby weighs 3.93cts great colour and very lively, intense material and thus shallow stone sitting low profile to the finger and spreading 5cts. Certified as a Thailand origin which was known as Siam when this stone was mined and fashioned. It is sympathetically set with a row of deep old mine cut diamonds (approx 2.25cts). The stones date from the 19th century, with a later addition of modern diamonds to the shoulders.
