A striking vintage Italian tuxedo cufflinks dress set/suite, comprised of a pair of cufflinks and two buttons. Each piece features a central sugarloaf cabochon-cut natural sapphire surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum. Circa 1970.
