The central 1.10ct natural round-cut blue sapphire is flanked by two perfectly matched GIA certified round brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 0.50 carats, all four-claw set and mounted to an 18ct yellow gold band which is finely micro-claw set with round brilliant cut diamonds.
