Jack Friedman has been at the forefront of the exclusive jewellery industry since 1933.
Jack Friedman arrived in South Africa from Latvia in 1928 at the tender age of 20, penniless and armed with only watch making skills he learned from his father. He had a vision of becoming the leader of ring design and particularly engagement rings in South Africa. He built one of the most reputable companies, establishing his first store in 1933 in old Johannesburg.
Jack was blessed with a big family, but is was his daughter Lorna, that took over the business. Her passion for design is shared by her one son, Howard. The family link now remains with him.
Howard is the CEO and actively leads the design team to ensure that the highest possible standards of craftsmanship and quality are maintained. Three generations have taken passion and precision and created masterpieces sought after by woman around the world.
