Elegant Antique Belle Epoque Diamond Pendant Brooch

An elegant antique Belle Epoque diamond pendant brooch. The brooch is set with eleven old mine brilliant cut diamonds with an estimated weight of 1.05ct plus a further sixty-nine rose-cut diamonds, all mounted in 18ct gold and silver.
