Contemporary Emerald and Diamond Bee Brooch

A handcrafted emerald and diamond bee brooch in 18ct white and yellow gold. The bee’s thorax is composed of a rubover-set oval emerald within a halo of grain-set round brilliant-cut diamonds, the wings pave-set throughout with diamonds, with the abdomen composed of alternating rows of millegrain-set calibre-French-cut emeralds and round brilliant-cut diamonds. The bee is further accented with cabochon ruby eyes and yellow gold legs to contrast with the the white gold body.
