An antique Edwardian, Belle Epoque era diamond brooch-come-pendant. The central 1.82ct cushion shaped old-cut diamond is surrounded by a cluster of ten claw-set old-cut diamonds totalling an estimated 2.30 carats, bordered by a garland of ribbons, leaves and buds, set with single old-cut diamonds totalling an additional 1.60 carat. Mounted in platinum with delicate millegrain edges. Secured with a removable gold pin, with a roller catch fitting and a dropping loop, for a pendant attachment. Circa 1910.
