An early 20th century Vacheron Constantin ladies platinum cocktail watch set with 3.60 carats of old brilliant-cut diamonds. Presented on a later 9ct white gold bracelet. Made in Switzerland, Circa 1920’s.

Diamonds (72): approx. 3.60 carat total. G/H colour and SI1 clarity

Watch case is platinum. The bracelet is a 9ct white gold later addition.
