A Victorian sweetheart turquoise and diamond cluster ring, the cabochon cut turquoise is surrounded by old mine cut diamond heart cluster and further old cut diamonds to the gold bow on top. The bright antique diamonds are estimated  to weigh a total of 0.80ct.
