A charming antique Victorian Burma sapphire and diamond cluster engagement ring. Set with a diamond cluster of 12 old brilliants surrounding a natural untreated Burma sapphire as deep blue as the seven seas combined.

Condition: very good condition

Period: ca. 1902

Material: Two tones of precious metal, the main part being 18ct pink gold and the white parts are either white gold or platinum.

Diamond(s): 12 old brilliant cut diamonds with an estimated weight of 1.10ct. (colour and clarity: G/I, vs/si).

– All diamond weights, colour grades and clarity are approximate since stones are not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.

Precious stones: One natural and unheated Burma sapphire with an estimated weight of 0.95ct.
Colour: warm velvetish blue
Treatment: Natural untreated sapphire, inclusions indicating origin most probably from Birma
