Antique Victorian Burma Ruby and Diamond Target Cluster Brooch, 3.70 carats

A late 19th century cluster brooch. The central old European-cut diamond is surrounded by a fixed halo of oval Burma rubies, all within an outer border of old-cut diamonds with rose-cut diamond accents between the outer edges of the rubies.. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold.
