Antique Hard Stone Cameo Brooch

Antique Victorian hard stone cameo brooch, set with a cameo of a Roman woman’s head. Carved in high relief, onto a grey background, in a gold frame with a black enamelled surround, set with natural half pearls and rose-cut diamonds.

With a French eagle marks for 18ct gold and French maker’s mark on the hook.
