A beautiful antique Georgian Dendritic Agate and garnet cluster ring. The magical Georgian dendritic agate trees set within a border of table-cut garnets. Finely handcrafted of solid 16/18ct gold, designed as an epitome of elegance, this little ring bears grace and beauty – it sits very flat on the finger with a closed back setting. The ring is in excellent condition in spite of its age, all intact and original as when made circa 1780.

Dendritic Agate is a form of Agate displaying magical landscapes, much loved during the Georgian period, this one in particular shows leaf-like branches covering the whole oval shape, closed-back, set within a border of flat, table cut garnets.
