Antique French Diamond and Gold Portrait Brooch
A French Art Nouveau/Victorian diamond and gold brooch; the central glazed cartouche with a scrolled surrounding displays a painted portrait miniature of a lady with an 18th century hairstyle, accented with rose-cut diamond set flowers, including lily of the valley, and gold leaves.
The reverse is stamped ‘depose’, with a French Eagle mark for 18ct gold.
