An exquisite and unusual ring for the Edwardian era. This wonderful piece has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold and silver with an exceptional decorative design. In the centre of the ring is a hand painted portrait of a women and is remarkably detailed. The closed back portrait, which is oval shaped, is surrounded by lovely old rose cut diamonds bordering the portrait in a silver setting completely the incredible design perfectly. With two single rose cut diamonds set into each shoulder and leading to an 18ct yellow gold band, this ring is a gorgeous example of an antique piece.
