Antique Edwardian 1.62ct Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

Antique Edwardian 1.62ct Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

A quality sapphire and diamond antique cluster ring. This ring dates to circa 1900, showing such fine craftsmanship and how Edwardian pieces really do stand out as such high quality items as it is almost 100 years later yet this ring still so beautiful and in great condition. It holds a light blue sapphire in the centre weighing 1.62ct with a surround of 12 old European cut diamonds with great colour and clarity plus three collar set diamonds clustered on each shoulder giving it a huge 1.02ct diamond content. The claws and gallery have been well kept and fully modelled in 18ct white gold leading to the 18ct yellow gold band.
