Amethyst Citrine Tourmaline Gold Heart Ring

An 18ct yellow gold heart ring with an interchangeable heart-shaped cabochon cut amethyst, pink tourmaline and citrine. Accented with a heart-shaped faceted citrine on each side and two small heart-shaped citrines at the bottom of the shank.

The ring opens with a diamond studded button. The ring has an openwork honeycomb structure on the inside.
