Antique Victorian Carved Shell Cameo Brooch

This lovely Cameo brooch shows a picture of a women nurturing a bird carved into the shell. Mounted in 15ct unmarked yellow gold with a decretive edge directly above and below, and either side, a beautiful antique piece.
