Vintage 1940’s sapphire and diamond dress ring. The central cushion-shaped 2.90ct natural Ceylon sapphire is flanked top and bottom by a row of brilliant-cut diamonds and beautifully accented by stepped diamond shoulders. Mounted in platinum.
