Elisabeth Treskow is a female pioneer as a professional goldsmith of the early 20th Century in Germany. She was fascinated by the Etruscan art of granulation and after many years of experimenting, applied this technique to her jewellery creations. Elisabeth Treskow is also known for restoring the shrine of the Three Kings of Cologne in the Cathedral of Cologne and creating the German Football League champions bowl, both of which are used today. Her work is still held in multiple museums and collections; such as the Art Museum in Hamburg, Victoria and Albert Museum in London and Jewellery Museum in Pforzheim.
