A French Art Deco ruby, diamond and gold ring, by A.F. Souteyrand, Paris. A row of seven channel-set square-cut rubies, with five graduating old-cut diamonds either side, overlap a larger old-cut diamond edged with smaller old-cut and eight-cut diamonds, in a geometric buckle like design. Set in platinum, on a decorative scroll gallery, with a tapering 18ct rose gold shank.
