Vintage convertible pendant/brooch, beautifully crafted in 18 carat yellow gold in an ornate, openwork scrolling foliate design. The piece features a central opal displaying vibrant flashes of red, green and blue securely set in a claw mount. The opal is framed by a delicately articulated arrangement of diamonds. Finished with a decorative bow motif and an integrated diamond-set bale, the piece also incorporates a brooch fitting to the reverse, offering versatile wear as either a pendant or brooch.
