An early Victorian blue enamel and diamond heart ring, the centre set with an old rose cut diamond within a surround blue enamel and border of old mine cut diamonds and rose cut diamonds, finished of with a bow set with old cut diamonds to the top and decorative gold shoulders and plain gold band tested as gold.
