A stunning vintage sapphire and diamond ring; featuring a large central oval cushion-shaped natural sapphire of 8.59 carats with no indication of heat treatment, surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds, beautifully accented with diamond and calibre baguette sapphires to the shoulders. Mounted in platinum. Circa 1930.
