Art Deco 3.5ct Ruby and Diamond Bar Brooch

An elegant bar brooch set with seven cushion shaped rubies interspaced with six old mine-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum upon 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1920's.

Rubies (7): approx. 3.50 carat total. No indications of heat treatment
Diamonds (6): approx. 1.45 carat total, H/J colour and VS/I clarity
Metals: Tests as platinum and 18ct gold
