Antique Victorian Old Mine Cut Diamond Drop Earrings with Enamel

A striking pair of early Victorian diamond earrings. The old mine-cut diamonds are set in a chunky 18ct yellow gold circular frames, decorated with black enamel. Secured with French hook fittings. Circa 1830.

Diamonds (2): approx. 1.66 carat total, F/I colour and SI/I clarity
Metal: Tests as 18ct gold
Dimensions: 1.36cm diameter
