Vintage Star Sapphire and Diamond Cocktail Ring

A vintage star sapphire and diamond signet ring in 14ct white gold. The ring features an oval cabochon star sapphire with approximately 5 carats flush-set to the centre, flanked by a grain-set round brilliant-cut diamond to each side, leading to a D-shape white gold shank. The star sapphire weighs approximately 5 carats. The diamonds weigh approximately 0.20 carats in total, G/H colour, SI-I clarity.
