Vintage Italian Akoya Pearl Necklace

An elegant pearl necklace composed of a row of Akoya Japanese cultured pearls on 18ct gold ball clasp. The pop open ball clasp is set with small rubies, sapphires and emeralds. Circa 1980's.

  • Pearls: almost spherical shape, white/pink tint, a few small blemishes but generally bright and clean, a good size at 8.50-9.00mm.
  • Clasp: 14mm diameter, with Italian 18ct gold control marks
  • Necklace length: 49cm / 19 inches
  • Gross weight: 6.5 grams
