Vintage Bi Colour Gold Snake Bangle Bracelet

A vintage yellow and white gold snake bangle, the body formed of twisted wire in alternating colour gold diagonal stripes with a steel core. The head showcases an oval blue sapphire surrounded by eight-cut diamonds, accented with demantoid garnet eyes and engraving in the head to represent scales, with teeth and a tongue in the mouth. The tail is in engraved gold and curls round to clasp the head. Mounted in 18ct gold, marked P.O 750. Circa 1965.
