Vintage Amethyst and Pearl Cluster Heart Pendant

A vintage amethyst and cultured pearl heart brooch-come-pendant. A large faceted heart shaped amethyst, in a millegrain edged rub over setting, is surrounded by 24 cultured pearls. Mounted in 14ct gold, with a pin with a safety hook, with a hinged dropping bail so it can be worn as a pendant, with a pin and safety hook catch. Circa 1970.
