A beautiful vintage Van Cleef and Arpels diamond and chrysoprase dress ring set in 18 carat yellow gold. The ring centrally features a deep green chrysoprase stone which has been beautifully hand carved in a fluted ridged motif. The chrysoprase is secured in a floral inspired rub over setting and sided by two diamonds.
