A stunning pair of late 19th century ruby and diamond cluster drop earrings. Cushion-cut ruby set tops, above a cluster of rubies suspends a ring of old mine-cut and rose-cut diamonds below, accented with garlands either side and a ruby pendant drop. Mounted in silver-upon-gold, with gold settings for the rubies. Circa 1880.
