An exquisite pair of Oscar Heyman star sapphire, diamond and ruby clover stud earrings set in platinum. Each earring is designed as a trefoil with three sapphires claw-set in open-back settings.  The central one has two ribbons, one set with diamonds and the other set with rubies. The earrings are secured to reverse with a screw-back fitting.
