Georgian Antique Burma Ruby and Old Cut Diamond Double Heart Cluster Ring
An early 19th century double heart sweetheart ring, composed of a certified vivid red Burmese ruby and closed-back old-cut diamond centres surrounded by rose-cut diamonds, crowned by a bow top. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1820/1830.
- Ruby: approx. 0.70 carats, measuring 6.3 x 4.9mm, natural with Burmese origin, accompanied with GCS London certificate
- Principal Diamond: approx. 0.80 carats, measuring 6.3 x 5mm (over mounting), F/G colour with VS clarity
- Remaining Diamonds: approx. 0.90 carat total
- Metal: Tests as 18ct gold
