Vintage Turquoise and Diamond Cocktail Dress Ring

A striking turquoise and diamond cluster ring. The central large oval cabochon-cut turquoise is surrounded by 3.36 carats of round brilliant-cut diamonds with baguette-cut diamond accents to the shoulders. Mounted in 17ct yellow gold with split shoulders. Circa 1990's.
