Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Double Heart and Bow Ring

A late 20th century double heart ring. One heart is set with a pear-cut diamond and the other with a pear-cut sapphire, both within a border of diamonds and crowned by a diamond-set bow. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold, the shank of the ring is braided at the top. England, Circa 1987.
